Every September, Art in the Park fills Julia Davis Park with a wealth of creative expression and inventive design as more than 260 artists and artisan crafters show their wares.

The festival this year is Friday-Sunday, Sept. 8-10. The hours are 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday at the park, 700 S. Capitol Blvd., Boise. There is no public parking in the park during the event. Free shuttles are available and some parking garages are offering $5 all-day parking.

The Boise Art Museum’s largest fundraiser, Art in the Park is a Treasure Valley tradition that’s now 63 years strong and draws thousands to wander the grassy paths around “Rembrandt Road” to peruse paintings and toys, pottery and leather goods, musical instruments and jewelry, and furniture and kitchenwares. You’ll also find food trucks and booths, a beer and wine garden, a Children’s Art Tent and entertainment at the Gene Harris Bandshell.

Get details on parking, shuttles, a map of the artists’ booths and other activities at boiseartmuseum.org.
