Tyler Boeh started his comedy career in Portland, moved to Boston to hone this craft — then wound up returning West to Los Angeles. (Hey, this way, he can do slice-of-life material related to traffic.) Although capable of dropping an f-bomb, Boeh mostly takes the clean route to hilarity, an all-too-rare concept in the stand-up world. Boeh’s naturally likable personality makes it easy to come along for his goofy, anecdote-filled ride. And if the punch lines aren’t working? He’ll turn to his other God-given gift: beatboxing. This allows him to provide his own post-joke rimshots. (Just kidding. Maybe.)

8 and 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, and Saturday, Jan. 16, and 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, Liquid Laughs, 405 S. 8th St., Boise. $10-$12. Liquidboise.com.
