Here's how to get married at Outside Lands Music Festival in San Francisco
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Looking to get hitched at one of the biggest and best music festivals in the country?
Well, you can tie the knot with your sweetie at the 2026 Outside Lands in San Francisco. So, make your reservation - and then make your vows - at the Outside Lands City Hall, a wedding and vow-renewal experience taking place inside Golden Gate Park during all three days - Aug. 7-9 - of the festival.
"Designed as a heartfelt, legally binding ceremony offer, City Hall invites engaged couples and those renewing their vows to celebrate their love at a choice of two distinct festival settings: the iconic Lands End stage (where Charli XCX and other top acts will performing during the weekend) or The Mission, a newly re-envisioned ceremony space in Hellman Hollow," according to an Outside Lands news release. "Blending the emotional weight of this type of ceremony with the energy of the festival, Outside Lands City Hall transforms the park into a place not just for music, but for life's most meaningful milestones."
The Outside Lands ceremonies will make their return after debuting at the festival in 2024.
"Open to engaged couples and couples seeking vow renewals (legal unions only), the experience is rooted in authenticity and inclusivity, welcoming every kind of love story," the news release says. "With limited packages available, City Hall is positioned as a rare and deeply personal way to be part of Outside Lands."
Not surprisingly, this is not a free service. It'll cost you to have your nuptials, or renew your vows, at the festival.
But how much?
Well, the weddings at the Mission City Hall run $449 - which seems highly reasonable and budget friendly. But to get hitched at Lands End will cost folks much, much more - $15,749 per wedding. But please note that these weddings are considered "add-on" experiences, so you and your beloved will still need to buy festival passes in order to attend Outside Lands.
