Garrison Keillor brings his folksy charm and storytelling to Boise
Garrison Keillor is bringing all of his wit, wisdom and world views to Boise’s Morrison Center. This venerable storyteller created a world of wonder on his “A Prairie Home Companion” with the denizens of Lake Wobegon — “where all the women are strong, the men are good-looking and the children are above average” — and the comic stylized detective Guy Noir. Keillor retired from his radio broadcast after more than 40 years in 2016 and is now on tour with his live show.
7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, Morrison Center, 2201 Cesar Chavez Lane, Boise. $47.50-$85. Ticketmaster.
