Bradie Fillmore was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association High School All-American second team as a pitcher.
The 2016 Eagle High graduate was one of 48 players recognized, and the only one from Idaho.
Fillmore, a two-time Gatorade Idaho Softball Player of the Year, will be a freshman at California this fall.
In June, Fillmore was selected for the Premier Girls Fastpitch High School All-American Game on July 28 in Irvine, Calif.
The game, in its first year, selects the top 36 high school graduates in the country and will air live on ESPNU at 8:30 p.m. MT.
Fillmore’s latest award follows a 2016 season in which the Mustangs finished No. 1 in the final MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Softball Rankings after winning back-to-back 5A state titles.
Eagle (29-0) batted .468 as a team and hit 65 home runs.
