Ryan Beard, Rocky Mountain: The senior helped the Grizzlies improve to 13-0 in the 5A Southern Idaho Conference with three victories last week. Beard hit a home run in each game and finished the week 8-for-11 at the plate with eight RBIs. He also earned the win on the mound against Meridian, pitching five innings of two-hit ball with six strikeouts.

Kylie Orr, Mountain View: The senior first baseman led the Mavericks to three wins last week against Boise, Columbia and Meridian in 5A Southern Idaho Conference play. Orr went 8-for-12 at the plate with two doubles, three home runs and eight RBIs.
GIRLS TRACK & FIELD
Jordan Morris, Eagle: The senior swept the long and triple jumps at the Boise Relays at Dona Larsen Park last week. Morris’ winning jump of 18 feet in the long jump ranks No. 1 in the state, according to athletic.net. She also won the triple jump with a mark of 34-3.5 and took third in the 100-meter hurdles. Morris established the leading mark in the triple jump (35-1) on March 19.
BOYS TRACK & FIELD
Bryce Kirby, Mountain View: The senior won three events at the Boise Relays at Dona Larsen Park in Boise last week. Kirby clocked a state-leading time of 10.83 seconds in the 100 meters, and he ran a leg on Mountain View’s winning 4x100 (43.03) and 4x200 (1:30.61) relays. Both of those relay teams set state-leading marks at the meet.
Emma Farmer & Brooke Teunissen, Fruitland: The girls doubles pair won the Vallivue Doubles Tournament with a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Meridian’s Sophie Uhlencott and Yashaidy Salazar.
Eric Lim & Patrick Dwyer, Boise: The boys doubles pair won the Vallivue Doubles Tournament with a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Vallivue’s Braden Riley and Austin Wilkes.
Natalie Mullins, Eagle: Mullins captured the individual title at the Ed Thomas Memorial at Shadow Valley last week. She recorded a tournament-leading 80 to help the Mustangs take second as a team.
Drew Reinke, Rocky Mountain: Reinke topped the field at the Ed Thomas Memorial at Shadow Valley last week. Reinke shot a 72 to help the Grizzlies win the team title.
