Outside hitter Brooke Foster pounded out 30 kills in a four-set victory over Rocky Mountain on Tuesday night, keeping Timberline unbeaten in the 5A Southern Idaho Conference.

Foster’s 30 kills tie the program’s single-match record set by Mariah Smith from a five-set match in 2009.

The 6-foot Foster, who is committed to Montana, was an all-5A SIC first team selection last season and is chasing the program’s season and career records for kills.

The defending district champion Wolves improved to 7-0 in league play and are tied for first in the conference standings with Boise with four games remaining in the regular season. Timberline hosts Boise at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 6 with first place up for grabs.
