Destiny Slocum had her best game yet for Team USA, scoring seven points and dishing out a team-leading five assists in a 93-45 win over Canada in the FIBA U19 World Championship quarterfinals Friday. Slocum played 21 minutes, going 2-for-4 from the field and 1-for-2 from 3-point range. The Americans (5-0) take on Spain (3-2) in Saturday’s semifinals (ESPN3, 11:15 a.m. MT).
