Austin Van Horne, Caldwell: The senior quarterback made key contributions on offense and special teams in a 58-12 win over Weiser. Van Horne completed 7-of-7 passes for 125 yards and two touchdowns without an interception and rushed for 55 yards and two more scores. He also made a 26-yard field goal and five PATs.

Kelly Driscoll, Eagle: The Mustangs improved to 3-0 with two victories over 5A Southern Idaho Conference opponents last week. Driscoll, a senior outside hitter, totaled 34 kills, 31 digs and six aces as Eagle swept Borah and survived a five-set match with Boise.
Raimee Sherle, Rocky Mountain: The Grizzlies knocked off two 5A Southern Idaho Conference opponents last week, beating Eagle and Meridian by a combined score of 9-1. Sherle, a senior midfielder, finished with four goals and two assists, including three goals and an assist against Meridian.
Hamish Lamberton, Rocky Mountain: The Grizzlies shut out Kuna and Eagle by a combined score of 14-0 last week. Lamberton, a junior forward, scored three goals with one assist in an 8-0 route of Kuna and added one goal and one assist in a 6-0 victory against Eagle.
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
Dania Holmberg, Eagle: The junior ran to a victory at the Caldwell Twilight in a time of 19 minutes, 10.50 seconds, helping the Mustangs take second as a team.
BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
Michael Slagowski, Rocky Mountain: The senior took first at the Caldwell Twilight in a time of 16 minutes, 10.50 seconds as the Grizzlies also won the team title.
