Coming off a record-breaking junior season, Boise State receiver Thomas Sperbeck was named to the Biletnikoff Award watchlist Wednesday.

Sperbeck tied the Boise State single-season record with 88 receptions last season (17th nationally) and set the new school mark with 1,412 receiving yards (sixth), adding eight touchdowns. Last season, he also was on the watchlist for the award, given to the nation’s top receiver.

Also on Wednesday, junior tight end Jake Roh was named as a candidate for the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, which recognizes players who have made a commitment to service and enriching the lives of others. Roh also is on the Mackey Award (best tight end) watchlist.
