Two of the most successful FCS-to-FBS programs in college football will meet in 2019 and 2020.

Boise State and Marshall will play Sept. 21, 2019, in Boise and Oct. 3, 2020, in Huntington, W.Va., the Broncos announced Tuesday.

Boise State has pushed back its series against Cincinnati from 2019-20 to 2024-25.

Boise State also has non-conference games scheduled against Florida State and BYU in 2019-20. It has one opening each year with a likely preference to get a home-and-home with a Power Five school. That series would need to start in Boise in 2019, when the Broncos still need a home game.

Boise State and Marshall last met in the 1994 Division I-AA (now FCS) playoffs. The Broncos beat the Thundering Herd 28-24 in the semifinals in Boise, then lost to Youngstown State in Huntington the next week.
