Starters take Boise State football spring game, 13-7

The Boise State football team split into two groups for Saturday’s spring game: the Broncos, consisting mostly of first-teamers, and Boise State. The Broncos won, 13-7, with Boise State getting on the board with 5 seconds left on an 11-yard touchdown run by junior quarterback Rathen Ricedorff.

Redshirt freshman kicker Joel Velazquez had two field goals, while senior running back Ryan Wolpin had a 1-yard scoring run for the Broncos’ points.
