Idaho colleges roundup: Ten Boise State track and field athletes named All-Mountain West

The Broncos were honored after finishing in the top three in their respective events at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships last week in San Diego. Mackenzie Flannigan (100 and 200 meters) and Marisa Howard (steeplechase and 5,000) made all-conference after winning two women’s events, and Jordan Ward (long jump) also made the team. Jordin Andrade (400-meter hurdles) and David Elliott (1,500) won men’s events, and Elliott also made all-conference in the 5,000. Dusty Fisher (200), Kyle Kelley (400), Rex Stanley (400 hurdles), Austin Hamilton (javelin) and the men’s 4x400 relay team of Andrade, Fisher, Kelley and Alexandru Terpezan also were honored.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE ATHLETICS: The Crusaders named Idaho Court of Appeals attorney Alison Graham its new Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Affairs. Graham (Eagle High) played basketball for NNU from 1998-2002.

NNU VOLLEYBALL: The Crusaders announced the signings of Idaho 3A Player of the Year Cami Heninger (Fruitland High) and transfer outside hitter Mari Thomas (Feather River CC, Calif.).
