Guard Chris Nealey leaves Boise State men’s basketball team

Boise State announced Wednesday that men’s basketball guard Chris Nealey has left the team to begin his career working in the financial sector.

Chris Nealey will forgo his final three years of eligibility to pursue an opportunity to begin his career in the financial industry.

A walk-on, Nealey redshirted the 2013-14 season after winning three straight state championships at Mater Dei High in California. He played in seven games last season, totaling three steals, one assist, one rebound and two points in 19 minutes. Here is the Broncos’ 2015-16 roster, as it stands today:
