Forward Wade MacLeod, 28, is the fourth Idaho player to earn first-team All-ECHL honors, joining Matt Case (2012-13), Mark Derlago (2009-10 and 2010-11) and Marty Flichel (2006-07). The Coquitlam, B.C., native is second in the ECHL with 80 points (38 goals, 42 assists). He finished the regular season by collecting 35 points (21 goals, 14 assists) in 26 games since Feb. 1, and he had 13 goals in his final 16 games. The Steelheads, done with their regular season, have clinched the Pacific Division and will face Utah or Alaska in the first round of the ECHL Kelly Cup playoffs starting April 15 (vs. Utah) or April 17 (vs. Alaska) in CenturyLink Arena.
