Several organizations that support the Weiser River and Weiser River Trail are holding a Weiser River Hootenanny on Saturday. Participants are encouraged to float the 22 miles of river (Class II) or bike/walk/horseback ride part of the 85-mile trail during the day. The party runs from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Presley Trailhead, with music, drinks and food. Participants are asked to bring camp chairs and a dish to share. Beverages will be provided.
