Pineapple Tapioca2 cups water and pineapple juice.1/3 cup minute tapioca3/4 cup brown sugar20-ounce can crushed pineapple.1 small lemonwhipped cream
Bring water to a boil. Gradually stir in sugar and tapioca. Place over larger pan of boiling water to make double boiler and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 15 minutes. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice and pulp. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
