HELP NEEDED FOR ANNUAL RIVERSWEEP

Hundreds of volunteers will pick up trash along — and in — the Boise River on Sept. 12. Register by Sept. 8.

HELP SURVEY FOOTHILLS TRAIL USERS

Volunteers are needed Sept. 19 and Sept. 26 for the annual survey, which will be used in management decisions for the 150 miles of trails and thousands of acres of open space on the Boise Front.

Volunteers are needed in four-hour shifts — from 7 to 11 a.m., 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 19 trailheads.
