Brownlee ramps are ready for weekend, but reservoir won't fill until June

Here's a release from Idaho Power on Thursday, May 22:

Given the current weather and streamflow forecasts, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers flood management requirements for Brownlee indicate that Idaho Power can go ahead and refill Brownlee Reservoir.

Idaho Power will continue to slowly refill the reservoir, targeting full pool (2077 ft) by mid-June.  This slower refill operation is intended to protect bass and crappie nests within the reservoir.  Brownlee Reservoir is currently at 2,068 or 9 feet from full pool.

All boat ramps are currently accessible for launching boats.  As we continue to move through the summer months,  planned operations may change.  Updates will be made as soon as they become available.
