What’s up besides the gas prices and attorney fees? I don’t understand why we keep paying attorney fees in the million-dollar range and the gas prices we pay to local gas stations. Why can Costco charge 25 cents or more less than local stations? The attorney general states it’s OK for the stations to charge as much as they do as long as it is not price fixing. So why does Costco charge so much less? Why is Idaho paying so much while losing cases to Occupy Boise, same-sex marriage, the Veterans Cemetery same-sex case, and anti-abortion. Perhaps if we as a state were to brighten up we could use the money we lose for paying attorney fees to reduce the price of gasoline. Come on, Idaho, let’s be No. 1 in something other than paying attorney fees and the high price of gas.
