There are good people in Boise. On Wednesday, Aug. 19, I was getting my groceries rung up at Rosauers on Eagle Road when I discovered to my dismay that I’d forgotten my wallet at home. I offered to get it when I heard the young lady behind me say, “Don’t worry, I’ve got it.” She paid for my groceries along with hers. I thanked her profusely with a lump in my throat. Her name is Ashley and I would swear I saw a halo above her head. She smiled sweetly and just said, “Pay it forward.” I assured her that I would. That act of kindness has renewed my belief that there are indeed angels among us. Thanks again, Ashley. Hugs and blessings.
