I am frustrated about the school calendar. I know it sounds silly, but I feel that it reflects that everything, the focus isn’t on the kids, but the teachers. I don’t like it that the school year gets longer and takes up more holidays. When the kids are in school, keep it going. Stop taking breaks every month (except April). Why are the kids starting in Vallivue the same day as the Western Idaho Fair’s Family Day?
I am also frustrated at how federal and state laws are confusing. Why is it that some states can pass marijuana laws that allow marijuana usage even though the federal laws are against that, yet we have on our books the definition of marriage as one man to one woman. And federal judges disagree, then that just “makes it so”?
