To all politicians and activists who oppose gay marriage. If you are left-handed, I would like you to ask yourself why you chose to be that way. It is not normal. Perhaps as a child you were teased by other kids. Perhaps your parents tried to get you to write right-handed. Perhaps you are old enough to have been taught cursive and had a hard time doing it. But you chose to be left-handed and so you are. After living a life of shame in the shadows, you became an adult and enjoy all the things the right-handed majority enjoys. Now ask yourself another question: Why do you deny others when you are like them, different?
