Why is the price of gasoline climbing yet oil is going lower? It’s explained to me by the attorney general that it’s OK for oil companies to make a profit as long as they are not price fixing. The oil companies make billions, yet Idaho has no refineries, and thus the price of gasoline is high because California had a plant go offline due to a fire. Do we get our gas from California? Then, to top that off, we add 7 cents extra to fix the roads. What is wrong with this state? Where is the competition? Why does Utah have a better health care system than us? Why aren’t we striving to be No. 1?
