Letter: Special session

There is no legal ground for this emergency call back to session. Two case laws Printz v. US (2003) and International Business v. Sebelius (2012) state that the feds cannot force the states by extortion of funding of the interstate compact of collecting funds. Thus the callback is without foundation. The language of the Treaty USIFA is highly questionable and abundantly characteristic of global order. You better hope your young adult child at school does not get “trapped” in an act of parenthood at college. It will be hellishly expensive for a long , long time. Your rights to due process have been forfeited by your silence in letting this mid-May-hem unfold.
