It looks like Idaho is going to pass an anti-bullying bill. Well, bully for them.
Those legislators who voted against Add the Words were, in essence, committing an act of bullying. Shame on them.
The 14th Amendment to the Constitution clearly states that no state shall make or enforce any law that shall bridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
What part of “any person” and “equal protection” is so hard to understand?

This amendment would include all persons who are red, white, black, brown, yellow, gay or orange, like John Boehner.
