I was pleasantly surprised to see your article about the Boise International Market in the March 15 edition of the Idaho Statesman. Just the previous day, our business mentoring organization, Treasure Valley SCORE, held its monthly chapter meeting there. We were welcomed and treated to a spirited presentation by owner Miguel Gaddi about the genesis and growth of the market. Mr. Gaddi and his business partner, Lori Porreca, are SCORE clients and have also benefited from the business expertise provided by the Business Resource Center at Zions Bank. The coffee and food purveyors at the market served refreshments and we absolutely enjoyed their Ethiopian coffee, Koleja (a Middle Eastern desert) and empanadas. Although the market is still developing, I highly recommend a visit to the market to partake in the cultural diversity offered there.
