I am amazed at the number of people who do not tip the waitstaff at the buffet-style restaurants in this area. Sure you have to take your plate to the food and choose your own items and carry it back to your table. I find this is a plus. I can put more dressing on a salad of my choice and have two different kinds of meat if I choose. The waitstaff still greets you, refills your drinks, carries your used plates and bowls away, and cleans up the mess you and your children make. These people do not make $15 per hour. Instead they often are paid the minimum wage for this line of work, which is less than $4 per hour. Come on, people, leave a tip for them just as you would in other eateries. Shame on you.
