Franklin letter: Comey testimony

Thursday, June 8, I heard former FBI Director James Comey accuse President Trump of lying about the idea that there was a drop in confidence in his leadership of the agency after his glossing over the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct national business, some of which were highly or top secret communications. Based on a conversation last November with a recently retired FBI agent I was informed that there was definitely a growing disenchantment with Comey’s leadership after his mishandling of the Clinton investigation. To me that seems that Comey was either unaware of this disenchantment or was lying himself.
