In one word, weather Monday in Boise will be “hot,” according to the National Weather Service, with highs around 100. The normal high for today is 86. But the record high is 106, so we’re not close to breaking any records.

Nights will stay warm, with a low of 66. Normal low is 57.

By the weekend, temperatures will cool off a little with the arrival of a Pacific storm system. By Saturday and into the holiday weekend, highs will be back in the low 90s.

Temperatures are warm everywhere, said the National Weather Service. McCall has a projected high of 88 degrees on Monday. The Sun Valley area is warm, too, with a projected high of 89 on Monday and for the next few days. Lows in McCall and Sun Valley will be in the mid-50s.
