The Idaho Democratic Party announced changes to its March 22 presidential caucus. County caucuses will start at 7 p.m. Mountain/6 p.m. Pacific time. Onlines workshops on the caucus process and how to get involved will be held Feb. 11, Feb. 18 and March 10.

Idaho Democrats have 27 delegates to be awarded to candidates proportionally. Candidates must receive more than 15 percent of the vote to receive delegates. Anyone who does not participate in the March 8 Republican priamry, regardless of affiliation, can caucus with the Democrats.
Nationally, 2,382 delegates are needed for the party’s presidential nomination.
