Former two-term Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm is the featured guest of Idaho state Democrats at the party’s 22nd annual Frank & Bethine Church Gala in February.
Granholm was Michigan’s governor from 2003 to 2011 before leaving office due to term limits. She now holds teaching and advisory positions on clean energy and climate and is a senior energy adviser to Hillary Clinton.
The gala, which caps a day of training and workshops for state Democrats, is Saturday, Feb. 27 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Boise Center.
