Spc. Ray Johnson of Nampa hugged his 3-year-old son, Daniel, dressed in a desert camouflage identical to the fatigues his dad has worn for the past 18 months.
“It’s just unbelievable,” Johnson said after hugging each member of his family several times. “It’s such a wonderful moment, it’s hard to put it in words. It’s so good to be back and have this all behind us so we can move on with our lives.”
