A mentally delayed Montana teen and the 60-year-old man who allegedly took her were suspected to be headed to Boise Wednesday, but the Amber Alert was canceled Thursday after the girl was found in Casper, Wyo.
Sandy Moore, 16, was reportedly found safe. The man she was with, Rodney Lee Zahn, was arrested without incident late Thursday afternoon, Laramie, Wyo., TV station KOWB reports. Someone spotted the truck and trailer described in the Amber Alert and notified police.
