Someone in an extended-cab pickup truck made off with a Boise taco truck early Tuesday morning, Boise police report.
The stolen food truck is a white 14-foot trailer with a metal fold-up awning with numerous graphics and a menu printed on its side, police said in a news release.
A dark-colored pickup was seen towing the food truck away at about 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, heading east on Fairview Avenue near the intersection with North Curtis Road. The taco truck had been parked in a lot near the intersection of Hartman Street and West Fairview.
Anyone with information about the stolen taco truck is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS, go online to www.343cops.com, or text CRIMES, subject: Tip236. Tips also can be made via the Crime Stoppers of Southwest Idaho Facebook. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of criminal suspects.
