Utah man arrested at Boise bus station on drug-trafficking charge

Spencer N. Breese, 23, of Sandy, Utah, was arrested at the Boise bus station Tuesday on a drug-trafficking charge after police found nearly two pounds of marijuana in his bag.

Breese remained in the Ada County Jail Wednesday evening on the felony charge.

Boise police responded to the station shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday in response to a report of a suspicious person with a bag that smelled of marijuana. Officers found three large plastic bags in Breese's possession containing a total of 31.9 ounces of a substance presumed to be marijuana.
