Reminder: Idaho Commission on the Arts holds public meetings and wants your input

Have you interacted with the statewide Idaho Commission on the Arts? Would you like to? Do you long for programs that don't exist or have praise or suggestions for programs that do? 

The commission's Executive Director Michael Faison is hosting a series of public meetings where you can share your thoughts and hear what others have to say about the role of the commission in the life of the community. 

The meetings in the Treasure Valley include:

Nampa: 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, July 29 at the Nampa Civic Center, 311 3rd St. S

Boise: 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, July 31 at the Sesqui-Shop, 1008 Main St.

Mountain Home:  5 to 7 p.m., Monday, Aug. 4 at the Mountain Home Library, 790 N. 10th E St.

Caldwell: 5:30 to 7:30, Tuesday, Aug. 5 at the Langroise Fine Arts Building, College of Idaho campus, 20th and Fillmore St.
