A Nampa woman died after a two-vehicle accident Tuesday night near the intersection of Kuna Road and Southside Boulevard, according to Idaho State Police.
Lauri McDevitt, 49, of Nampa was driving her 2005 Kia Rio south on Southside Boulevard when she was struck by Sharolyn Davis, 44, of Nampa, driving west on Kuna Road in a 2001 Dodge pickup. Davis had failed to yield at a stop sign, according to ISP.
McDevitt was transported to the hospital, but died due to her injuries, ISP said.
ISP were called to the scene around 10 p.m. and blocked off the intersection for about 3 hours.
