Boise police seek help from public in identifying reckless driver

Boise Police are reaching out to the public for help identifying a man who was allegedly driving recklessly through downtown Boise.

The man was driving a 2015 black Chevrolet Silverado through downtown around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. He drove the wrong way down 8th Street between Bannock and Idaho streets. He even drove onto the sidewalk. Pedestrians had to dive out of the way to avoid him. He was also weaving through traffic, and almost caused several accidents, according to police.
