Morgan R. Benson, 22, was treated at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and released after the crash, according to a hospital spokesman and the Idaho State Police.
ISP investigated the crash on the Connector, just west of the Curtis Road exit, shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday.
According to investigators, Benson was eastbound in a 2011 Nissan Altima when she lost control of the car, drove off of the left shoulder and hit a concrete barrier.
The Altima then rebounded the opposite direction, crossing three lanes of traffic and veering off the right shoulder, then through a fence. The car came to rest on a ditch embankment about 400 feet into a neighboring field.
