A bicyclist was taken to a Boise hospital for treatment of minor injuries after she collided with a truck at Overland and Maple Grove roads Thursday afternoon, according to police. She was treated and released.

The bicycle was traveling east, and the truck was going south — and turning west, BPD spokesman Ryan Larrondo said. No one was cited in the collision.

The collision was reported at 12:33 p.m., and the calling party described the vehicle as a “work truck,” the dispatcher said.

No other information was immediately available, as first responders had not been on scene long.
