See Boise students head back to school

Columbia High School students in Tim Whitaker's Chemistry in the Community class were equipped with laptop computers as they returned to school Monday at Nampa School District. With money from a community supported levy, the Nampa School District is placing electronic devices in six schools this year in a personalized learning pilot program designed to integrate education with modern technology.

This is back-to-school week for many across the Treasure Valley.

Boise students are heading back Wednesday, and sharing their experiences online.

Students are showing off their cool outfits, new backpacks, and maybe casually ignoring weepy and proud parents seeing them off.

Check out what folks across the Treasure Valley are sharing about this yearly experience, and feel free to share your own backpack photo with us on our Facebook page, Twitter or just using the hashtag #BacktoSchool.
