The workers, airlifted to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Monday, remained in intensive care Tuesday but were both reported as stable, Bogus Basin community relations director Susan Saad said Tuesday.
The two employees were suspended in a basket conducting routine maintenance on the ski area's Showcase chairlift when they fell Monday afternoon, Saad said. No further details have been released, and Saad would release no personal information about the two such as their ages and gender.
OSHA spokesman Dave Kearns said the ski resort reported the hospitalizations, and the required OSHA investigation has begun.
