A tip from an alert neighbor led to the arrest of a 29-year-old Boise man on a burglary charge Monday morning, Boise police report.
Nicholas Glandon, who lives in the area of West Cassia and South Phillippi streets, is accused of illegally entering a neighbor's home, police said. Another neighbor called police and reporting seeing a man looking into and possibly entering the home.
The intruder was gone when officers arrived, but police said a trail of evidence led to Glandon. Before police discovered the home was empty, they set up a perimeter around it to keep a possible burglar from getting away.
Investigation led to Glandon's arrest, and police said they suspect the burglary aimed to find prescription drugs.
