Two wildfires burned on Swan Falls Road Saturday, but no structures were threatened and no one was injured, according to the Bureau of Land Management.
Crews responded to a report of a fire at 12 p.m. off of Swan Falls Road near Victory Lane. The fire ultimately burned 15 acres, and was contained by 2 p.m. Two engines and one water tender were on scene to quell the flames, according to BLM.
Only 40 minutes later another fire started only a half mile from the first blaze. It burned about 5 acres and was contained by 2 p.m. Three engines and one bulldozer were on scene to put out the blaze, according to BLM.
Both fires are still under investigation but suspected of being caused by humans, according to the BLM.
