A Boise restaurateur who in April was found guilty by an Ada County jury of felony drug possession was scheduled to be sentenced Friday morning.
The sentencing hearing for Robert Castoro, owner of Barbacoa, was vacated by Fourth District Judge Melissa Moody.
“We needed more time to go over numbers for restitution,” Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Fafa Alidjani said.
A new date for sentencing has not yet been set.
Castoro faces up to seven years in prison and/or a $15,000 fine on the drug possession conviction.
He had also faced a charge of felony domestic battery with traumatic injury, but the jury found him not guilty.
