Idaho State Police are investigating a car vs. bicycle crash that injured a 13-year-old boy in Parma Monday evening.
The boy, whose name has not been released, was transported by air ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, but an ISP spokeswoman had no information on the boy’s injuries or condition Tuesday.
Investigators said the boy was riding south on Shelton Street at Walker Street and failed to yield at the stop sign, crossing into the path of a westbound Toyota Paseo driven by Miguel Mendoza, 26, of Caldwell. The crash happened just before 6 p.m.
Mendoza was wearing his seat belt and was not reported as injured.
