Man suspected of peeping into at least four homes arrested by Boise Police

A man suspected of looking into windows on private property Thursday evening in the area of 23rd Street and State Street was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and drug-related charges.

Gregory Moseley, 35, of Boise, was charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, evidence destruction/alteration/concealment, probation violation and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct.

According to Boise Police, authorities received at least four calls of a potential “peeping Tom” Thursday night, all of which had similar suspect descriptions. A man matching the description was found in an alley on the 2500 block of State Street at around 8:30 p.m. and was taken into custody.

Upon further investigation, officers found a syringe and meth belonging to Moseley. He was later taken to Ada County Jail and booked. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 5.
