Meridian motorcyclist’s body found in Boise County creek the morning after crash

The body of a motorcyclist was found floating in Mores Creek on June 16, after authorities say the driver crashed his motorcycle the night before on Highway 21 in Boise County.

Christopher Booher’s body was found at 8:15 a.m. when someone reported seeing a suspicious item floating in the water. The 27-year-old man’s body had floated down the creek, but wasn’t far from where the crash occurred, at mile marker 24.5.

Booher, of Meridian, was wearing a helmet, but was thrown from the motorcycle and alcohol was believed to be a factor, said Boise County Coroner Pam Garlock.
