Alturas Capital, of Eagle, acquired the Adelmann Building in Downtown Boise.

The multitenant 17,000-square-foot building is directly across from Boise City Hall and a block away from the Capitol. Current tenants include Boise Fry Co., Dharma Sushi, Press & Pony, Space Bar, and Capital City Event Center. It was last remodeled in 2015.

The building was previously owned by an out-of-state investment group. “We are excited to bring an iconic Boise landmark back to local ownership,” said Devin Morris, Alturas’ director of acquisitions.
